An effective SGLT-2 Inhibitor for type 2 diabetes. Marley Drug offers 30 BRENZAVVY (bexagliflozin) tablets for just $59.95.
SGLT-2 (sodium-glucose transport protein-2) inhibitors are prescribed to millions of Americans suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or kidney dysfunction. Regrettably, the high retail price of over $500 places these life-saving medications out of reach for many.
BRENZAVVY is proven effective in a randomized, controlled clinical trial for adults with type 2 diabetes and stage 3 (3a + 3b) chronic kidney disease. Approved in January 2023 for type 2 diabetes in adults, BRENZAVVY, when coupled with a well-balanced diet and regular exercise, can significantly enhance your glycemic control and A1C levels.
Please note that BRENZAVVY is not recommended for reducing blood sugar in patients with type 1 diabetes.
BRENZAVVY's safety and efficacy have been tested in 23 clinical studies involving over 5,000 adult participants. It is:

Is Brenzavvy available at my local pharmacy?
No, Brenzavvy is not currently available at local pharmacies. The manufacturer of Brenzavvy, TheracosBio, and Marley Drug have like-minded goals to provide broader access to drugs at a low cost. The partnership recognizes the benefits of a direct sales route from manufacturer to end user and ultimately, eliminates unnecessary expenses associated with the middleman. Because of this, Brenzavvy is not available at local pharmacies.
What’s the catch? How is Brenzavvy so much cheaper than other SGLT-2 medications?
Unlike Brenzavvy, other branded SGLT-2 medications like Jardiance, Farxiga & Invokana have a high retail price of over $500. Marley Drug partnered directly with the manufacturer, TheracosBio, to create easy, affordable access to Brenzavvy without the hassle of insurance. TheracosBio & Marley Drug share a common goal of providing broader access to drugs at a lower cost. By partnering with the manufacturer, we are able to bypass intermediaries and reduce unnecessary expenses associated with the middleman. Both companies prioritize making medications accessible to a wide range of patients, while still fulfilling business needs.
